Japanese Vocabulary

The Japanese Language is one of the hardest languages in the world, Two of the standard books for learning this language are Minna no Nihongo I and II for grammer and vocabulary and Basic Kanji Book I and II for a good introduction on Kanji. In our intensive Japanese Language Course we had to read all four of them for levels one and two (of the total six) in 4 months!

To help me accomplish this, from the begining I made 3D digital flashcards (Three columns: Kanji, Hiragana and English Translation) for my self and it really helped me in becomming use to the Kanji and the vocabulary in all four books. I am leaving those files I made here so that other beginners of the Japanese language can also benefit from them and use them as they please to learn this very hard language.

I have saved the files in Comma-Separated Values (CSV) using a UTF-8 encoding, you should be able to open the files easily in a simple text editor, or Open (or Libre) Office calc or on Microsoft Excel. In this format you can import the CSV files here to any flash-card program on your computer or smartphone. In my case, I used the Flashcards Deluxe app on my iPhone, but the lists here can be equally used on any other flashcards application on iPhone or Android.

If you have any problems downloading these files or using them please contact me, my email address is on the last line of this page.
