Photos of the visit to Warsaw (2012/2-3)

I visited the Nicolaus Copernicus Astronomical Center at Warsaw, Poland for one month, supported by JSPS Research Fellowships for Young Scientists.

Statue of Nicolaus Copernicus. Poland is one of the sacred places for astrophysics.

With Professor Marek Sikora. Thanks to him, I learned lots of things here.

This photo is found in Curie's house at Warsaw.

I also visited Astronomical Observatory of the Jagiellonian University at Krakow. In the weekend, I visited the Auschwitz museum. Many things are being left as they were.

Statue of a soldier boy. This is a memory for Warsaw Uprising in 1944.
