2nd circular of JGRG21

This is the second circular of JGRG21 held at Sendai from 26th to 29th of
September this year.  The details are found in the following homepage.

Unfortunately due to the very severe financial situation particularly this
year, we can support only travel expenses inside Japan (not local
expenses) for the limited number of applicants. Priority may be given to
Ph.D students and researchers who do not have their own research money.


Please remember that the deadline of the application is the end of July.
Sendai airport is now available as normal and JR service is expected to
be recovered by the time of the meeting.

We are looking forward to seeing you at Sendai in September.
